The fascinating world of road construction; forging the future with the WIRTGEN GROUP. The group of companies comprised of the WIRTGEN, VÖGELE, HAMM, KLEEMANN and BENNINGHOVEN brands issues regular invitations to an exhibition in one of its plants. In 2018, for example, the invitation was to the VÖGELE plant in Ludwigshafen, Germany. Business meets business.
We support the VÖGELE and HAMM marketing teams at trade fairs and events and provide impetus. Collaborative partnership delivers results. For many years – with the balance between design and functionality always in mind.

Cross-media customer approach with show effect: VÖGELE WITOS paving expert talk
A new approach to product presentation. The interplay of live presentations and expert discussions with pre-produced film clips of the construction site made for an informative and rather entertaining product presentation. Everything was cast in the same mould – the script, the scenery and even the animations.
And off we went with the concept: The aim was to combine an informal round-table expert discussion on the process management tool with practical film clips from the construction site. This would prove the practicality of the innovative application created by the mechanical engineering firm.
This meant that two scripts were needed: one for the round-table discussion with the live dialogue and one for the shoot at the construction site with more detailed information on the themes, locations and setups. And so we headed to Bavaria for the two-day shoot at a road construction site.
Once the structure of the shoot had been organised, both scripts were skilfully interwoven in order to create a harmonious whole representing the entire process, using both the live talk and construction site sequences.
Once the construction site sequences were completed in post-production, rehearsals started. There we were able to further tweak the presenter’s and the VÖGELE experts’ dialogue, so that here too, it was possible to create precise transition points between the film sequence and the stage talk.
The VÖGELE ErgoPlus 3 operating concept as an eye-catcher: An application for several platforms – available as a web special and an iOS/Android app. Perfectly staged with the help of oversized smartphones.
Interactive elements, machine components to touch and try out and visualisations – all packaged in an appealing design – now that’s how to present complex content attractively and comprehensibly!
